Partnerships · Growth · Creative Builder

I close the gap between where things are and where they need to be.

Partnerships leader, operator, and builder. Seven years turning strategy into revenue across three countries and four industries.

WHAT I DO

Strategy. Execution. Always both.

I don't just build the deck. I build the systems that make the strategy real.

Partnerships & Alliances

I build partnership functions from scratch: playbooks, ICP frameworks, rev-share models, and the internal alignment to back them. Telecom, fintech, SaaS, insurtech. The output is always revenue, not just relationships.

Operations & Execution

I bring structure to chaos. A 10,000-person sales force rollout. Operational infrastructure from zero. A 50+ company pitch competition. I ship on time, with data.

Builder & Founder

I co-founded an insurtech. I launched a postpartum clothing brand. I'm building an AI partnership intelligence platform. The best operators are also builders. You can't design what you can't build.

THE JOURNEY

Three countries. Every industry. One through-line.

Every role has been the same job: find the gap, build the bridge.

Globe Telecom · Philippines

Where scale became real

Led a Facebook infrastructure partnership that deployed 11,000 Wi-Fi access points across the Philippines. My first lesson in real scale, and in how one partnership can change technology access for millions.

Home Credit · Philippines

Operations at 10,000 people

Managed a 10,000-person sales force rollout in consumer fintech. This is where I learned execution isn't glamorous. It's disciplined, data-driven, and relentless. Every system had to hold at scale.

Hótel Húsavík · North Iceland

Where I learned world-class hospitality

A short, formative chapter. As Operations Manager of a boutique hotel in north Iceland, I ran peak summer season, the most demanding window in Arctic hospitality. I learned to anticipate guests before they spoke, build a team that performs under pressure, and create experiences people never forget. Iceland never left me.

Tulay Insured · Canada (Co-Founder)

From a lived problem to a real company

When I moved to Canada as an international student, I was paying for health insurance that didn't cover what I actually needed. I co-founded Tulay Insured to fix that: a platform connecting international students to equitable health coverage that matched their real needs. We partnered with major Canadian insurers and built something real.

NuBinary · Canada

Not just partnerships. Everything.

At NuBinary, I was the operational backbone. Partnerships, marketing, operations: I owned them all. Built the partnerships function from scratch, designed the playbooks, onboarded VCs and accelerators, and ran a 50+ company automotive-tech pitch competition. Worked alongside top fractional CTOs and delivered 30% MQL growth with 100% KPI achievement, quarter after quarter.

They Lounge · Founder

Because new moms deserve to feel like themselves

I saw a gap nobody was talking about. New postpartum moms navigating changing bodies and a new identity, wanting to feel confident and comfortable, not invisible. They Lounge is a direct-to-consumer brand that moves with new moms as they settle into their most transformative chapter. Clothing that says: you're still you, and you're also someone new.

Motherhood · Oct 2024 – April 2026

The best career decision I ever made

I took an intentional career break to be fully present for my child and our family. The most demanding leadership role I've ever held, and the most clarifying. I built more emotional intelligence, patience, and systems thinking in those 18 months than in any boardroom. I came back sharper, more grounded, and clearer on what I want to build next.

Element CPA · Current

Keeping the engine running while building what's next

Operations and client coordination lead at Element CPA, a virtual accounting firm for tech startups. I keep workflows running and processes sharp, while building my next chapter in partnerships and alliances.

Pairled · Building Now

The tool I always needed

I built Pairled because no tool existed for the most important part of partnerships: the decision. Who to partner with, why, and how to turn it into real revenue.

FEATURED PROJECT

Every partnership starts with a question.

Pairled gives you the answer.

Most partnership tools help you manage partners after the deal is signed. Pairled helps you decide who to partner with, why, and how to make it work, before you ever get to a contract.

It scores any company across 6 strategic dimensions, generates an exec-ready Partner Brief with deal flow, growth trajectory, and an internal alignment guide, and tracks your full partner pipeline.

Self-taught painter

During the pandemic, I picked up a brush and couldn't stop. I painted dozens of abstract pieces and donated 70% of the proceeds to food aid for farmers in the Philippines during lockdown. Featured in ABS-CBN Lifestyle.

Always making something

Faber-Castell liner pens. Watercolour. Fabric. If there's a creative medium, I've probably tried it. Making things by hand keeps me grounded, and honestly makes me a better strategist.

FOUNDER STORY

I saw a problem. I built the solution.

2

Co-founded in Canada, 2021

"When I moved to Canada as an international student, I was paying for health insurance that didn't cover what I actually needed."

International students in Canada face a real gap. They pay for health insurance that isn't close to what residents get on provincial plans, while often costing just as much.

I co-founded Tulay Insured to change that. A platform where international students could find equitable health insurance that actually matched their needs.

One of our first users had Type 1 diabetes and needed insulin coverage. We found her a plan that worked. That's what this was about. Not the pitch deck. Not the valuation. The student who could finally get her insulin.

We partnered with major Canadian insurers and built something real. The best operators are also builders. The best founders solve problems they've lived.

COMMUNITY BUILDER

I just wanted to find my people.

Turns out a lot of women were looking for the same thing.

New to Waterloo Region, navigating postpartum, a new city, and a new chapter, I noticed there wasn't a space for women like me to just connect. So I made one.

What started as a personal need became a monthly gathering of remarkable women. Each brunch has a theme and a creative activity, because the details are what make people feel seen.

💛

Galentine's Day

Jewellery making and brunch. For the women who show up for each other.

🎄

Christmas Wreath Making

Hands dirty. Homes decorated. Together.

🌸

High Tea & Florals

Spring floral arrangements and the most beautiful table settings.

And more every month

A new theme, a new activity, and conversation that matters.

"Community isn't found. It's built, one brunch at a time."

RIGHT NOW

What I'm building, learning, and exploring.

Building

  • Pairled. An AI partnership intelligence platform for partnerships leaders in tech.
  • They Lounge. A DTC clothing brand for postpartum moms finding their new identity.
  • Our home. A space that honours two cultures and one minimalist vision.

Learning

  • Partnership ecosystems and revenue pipeline architecture through the Partnership Leaders community.
  • Claude AI and the Anthropic partner network. Building with AI as a core capability, not just a tool.
  • How to build a channel ecosystem from the ground up.

Next project I'm cooking

  • An end-to-end GTM platform for event launches.
  • A monthly themed brunch in partnership with Waterloo Region tech leaders.

CURRENTLY READING

Books I've loved in 2026.

Mostly fiction and romance, with a few non-fiction reads sprinkled in for work and life. A running list of what's been on my nightstand.

Fiction

Atmosphere

by Taylor Jenkins Reid

Astronauts, ambition, and a quiet love story set against the 1980s shuttle program. TJR at her most tender.

Romance

Funny Story

by Emily Henry

Two heartbroken strangers, one summer in Michigan, and the slow build I keep coming back to Emily Henry for.

Romance

One Golden Summer

by Carley Fortune

Lake town nostalgia and second-chance feelings. The kind of book I read on the porch in one sitting.

Romance

The Night We Met

by Hannah Brown

A swoony meet-and-lose-and-find-again. Lighter than it sounds and exactly the escape I needed.

Fiction

Pineapple Street

by Jenny Jackson

Old-money Brooklyn told through three sharp women. Funny, observant, and a little uncomfortable in the best way.

Fiction

Hello Beautiful

by Ann Napolitano

A family saga that reads like a long letter from a sister. I cried more than once.

Fiction

My Friends

by Fredrik Backman

Backman writing about teenagers, art, and the friendships that shape us. Wholesome and quietly devastating.

Fiction

Strangers

by Taylor Jenkins Reid

Short, sharp, and full of the small moments between people who almost know each other.

Romance

Our Perfect Storm

by Carley Fortune

Stormy, slow-burn, and grown-up romance. A great pick when you want feelings with a side of weather.

Non-fiction

Difficult Conversations

by Stone, Patton, Heen

A re-read for work and life. The framework on intent vs. impact has changed how I show up in hard rooms.

Non-fiction

Start With Yourself

by Dr. Vivek Murthy

Part vision-setting workbook, part permission slip. Helpful as I think about what's next for my work and family.

LET'S CONNECT

If you're building something that needs a strategist and an operator, let's talk.

I'm always open to connecting with founders, operators, and partnership leaders thinking about the same problems I am.
